We don’t only machine the parts, but we also pay particular attention to the quality of our production. Items are methodically checked at prearranged times throughout the production. We use proper instruments:

• A profile projector
• An altimeter
• A roughness meter
• Centesimal gauges
• Plugs and rings for the threads
• Plugs and rings for internal and external diameters
• others...

Before the packaging items are cleaned and degreased in an oscillating washing machine for metals. Parts are finally packed in CE marked completely recyclable cartons. If necessary we can pack the parts one by one to protect threads and other surfaces.
